Nice grip for the price September 5, 2010

This grip seems to be well made and works just fine. I have been unable to make it work with the two included Opteka batteries however. They are very intermittent, sometimes you have to remove/reinsert them to get the camera to work. Sometimes they work just fine. I had two Nikon batteries and just use them. They work perfectly in this grip. An unexpected surprise was the inclusion of a wireless remote control for the camera. I will probably dispose of the batteries rather than deal with the hassle of returning them.
The grip was shipped promptly and arrived safely.

Works as specified. The only issue that I found is that the latch may be a little flimsy but should not be an issue as long as you don't get in a rush or don't get forceful.
